Colour Create #3 and A Spoon Full of Sugar #39

2 more cards for 2 more challenges. I've been really busy making cards for the last couple of days. I still have 3 more to show!

The first card is using a fab sketch from A Spoon Full of Sugar. I used my very new and very fab Whiff of Joy stamps from the spring kit. This is the first lot of stamps I've bought from Whiff of Joy and I'm so pleased with them. They stamp out fabulously and colour like a dream. If you didn't get the kit, I think you can now purchase them separately. I used some old papers and coloured the image in with my prismas.

Supplies:
Image - Whiff of Joy
Sentiment - Hero Arts
Paper - Basic Grey
Other - Flowers, brads and pearls from stash
Coloured using prismas

The second card was made for Colour Create which was to use the colours red, blue and white. I think I managed this one! I do like this colour combo. I dug out some papers that I have had for a while which were perfect. Little Edwin was coloured using my prismas again.

Supplies:
Image - Magnolia
Sentiment - unknown
Papers - Daisy Bucket
Other - buttons from stash
Coloured using prismas
I'm now off to watch the rest of Ant and Dec. Take That are performing - woohoo!

Cute Card Thursday #47, Sketch Saturday #38 and Friday Sketchers #39

So you've waited a week for a card and three come along at once! I've been storing them up!

The first is for Cute Card Thursday which was 'music and dance'. This little image of Edwin strumming on his guitar was perfect. Dug out some old papers and used those prismas again!

Supplies:
Image - Magnolia
Papers - Basic Grey
Sentiment - stamp unknown
Other - buttons from stash

The second card is made for Sketch Saturday. It was such a nice sketch to work with and I am sure if I am stuck, this will get used again. Don't you just love Tilda and Edwin in this?? It's so cute. Again dug out some old papers and used my prismas again.

Supplies:
Images - Magnolia
Papers - K & Co
Sentiment - Stampin Up!
Other - punched flowers and brads from stash
The third and final card for today was made for the Friday Sketchers. I love the colours I've used - bright and cheery. This has to be one of my fave Tilda stamps. Again I've dug out some papers and coloured with my prismas. They are certainly getting a work out and I'm about now getting used to them! I do miss my watercolours though.
Supplies:
Image - Magnolia
Papers - Daisy Bucket
Sentiment - Stampin Up!
Other - punched flowers and brads from stash
Ok I'm now off to watch the rest of the Brits. Coldplay are on at the moment and I have to say they sound great (I love that song!) but personally I can't wait to see Take That as I have loved those boys (sorry men!) since I was 12 years old! But how fantastic does Kylie look at 40?? Wow! What an amazing woman. And James Cordon and Mat Horne?? They are hilarious!

Cute Card Thursday #46, Stamp Something and Friday Sketchers #38

A 3 in 1 card today. I made this Friday afternoon as we were sent home from work early because of the snow! Very unusual for them to shut the whole office however it didn't seem very fair that those that live out of town could go and us that live in town had to work so they had no choice! What was funny is that by the time we left it had stopped snowing, we all made a quick dash before they changed their minds! At least I had time to do something useful!

So, this card is for Cute Card Thursday which was "metallica". I have used metal heart brads. Stamp Something which was something for valentines and Friday Sketchers which was a fab sketch. I enjoyed making this card mainly because I should have been at work! I used my new Tilda and coloured her with prismas. I'm starting to get a little better with them! Dug out my fave papers again.

Supplies:
Image - Magnolia
Papers - Daisy Bucket
Others - Flowers and brads from my own stash

Friday Sketchers #36 and A Spoon Full of Sugar #36

Here's the card I have done using the sketch from Friday Sketchers. Really nice to do something other than a square card!! Used some old papers but I actually stamped and coloured this one before making it this time. It doesn't have a sentiment on mainly because I don't have any lovey dovey ones. I also thought that I could enter into the challenge over at A Spoon Full of Sugar which was to make a card for someone special.

Supplies:
Image - Magnolia
Paper - Daisy Bucket
Other - Flowers and brads

Ismaki 09/004

Here's my entry for the Ismaki Challenge using a fabulous sketch. Pulled out some old papers and a previously coloured image. Am getting good at this!! Hope to keep it up.

Supplies:
Image - Magnolia
Sentiment - can't remember
Paper - Daisy Bucket
Other - Flowers and brad

Secret Crafter # 16

Here's my card for the challenge over at the Secret Crafter. I normally just do sketch challenges because well they are easier and more inspirational for me! However I challenged myself to do more non sketch challenges. This one was a receipe challenge - 1 image, 2 papers and 3 embellishments.
1 image - check. 2 papers - check. 3 emellishments - check. Now I have to admit I was a little confused when it came to the embellishments. I didn't know whether it meant three types of embellishments or just three embellishments so I put on three types (brads, flowers and gems). I hope this is okay! I was sat thinking about what to stamp and colour and then I pulled out my box of already stamped and coloured images and made myself use one. I have quite a few already stamped and coloured so I thought I'd better start using them up. I also made myself use some old stash. Really pleased with myself that I managed to do this!

Supplies:
Stamp - Magnolia
Sentiments - can't remember!
Paper - Daisy Bucket
Other - Flowers, brads and gems

Sketch Saturday # 35

Here is a card I made for Sketch Saturday. It's a simple sketch and I really liked using it. Could be used again and again! Plus there is a FAB prize. Get yourself over there and join in!

Supplies:
Stamp - Sarah Kay
Sentiment - Debbie Moore
Paper - Daisy Bucket
Other - Flowers and Brads

More cards

It's been so hot here today, unbelievably so! I was surprised as it didn't give such nice weather! Shame I was at work and not able to enjoy it. Hope it stays like this for a few more days! I don't think it will, this is England!
Here are some more cards that I have made:
The first is another Magnolia card. I love these papers, they are definitely my favourite.
Supplies: Magnoia Stamp, Daisy Bucket papers, Flowers (various), Cuttlebug Embossing Folders

The second card is yet another Magnolia, yes I love these stamps!! Again using those yummy papers.

Supplies: Magnolia Stamps, Daisy Bucket papers, Hero Arts sentiment stamp, buttons (various), Cuttlebug Embossing Folder

The third card is my favourite of three today. I've used another Sarah Kay stamp (I only have two, this is the other one). This is for the Sarah Kay Challenge blog. The challenge was to use the sketch.

Supplies: Sarah Kay Stamp, My Mind's Eye papers, Ribbon (various), Flowers (various), Hero Arts sentiment Stamp
